Introducci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La presente Pol\u00edtica regula los pagos, cancelaciones y reembolsos realizados en relaci\u00f3n con los servicios comercializados por <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Tribu LLC<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, en adelante \u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Tribu<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201d, \u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Tribu Life<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201d o \u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>La Tribu Life<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201d, incluyendo la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos de remodelaci\u00f3n, asignaci\u00f3n de ejecutores certificados y cualquier servicio adicional prestado a trav\u00e9s del sitio web <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>latribulife.com<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> o mediante canales oficiales de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tribu act\u00faa como <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>comercializador<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> e <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>intermediario<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, no como ejecutor t\u00e9cnico de obras.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los pagos recibidos por Tribu corresponden a su funci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n del proyecto y a la contrataci\u00f3n del ejecutor asignado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Pagos realizados a Tribu<\/span><\/h4><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.1 M\u00e9todos de pago<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tribu no procesa pagos directamente en la web.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los pagos pueden realizarse mediante:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Enlaces de pago enviados por Tribu<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Transferencias bancarias<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9todos electr\u00f3nicos autorizados<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cualquier m\u00e9todo adicional habilitado por Tribu<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.2 Momento del pago<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los pagos se realizan solo <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>despu\u00e9s de que un proyecto ha sido creado<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, evaluado y presupuestado por Tribu, y tras la aceptaci\u00f3n del cliente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.3 Distribuci\u00f3n de los pagos<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El cliente realiza pagos a Tribu, y Tribu:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ol><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Administra los fondos como comercializador<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contrata y remunera al ejecutor certificado<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Distribuye los pagos seg\u00fan el cronograma establecido en el contrato<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Visitas t\u00e9cnicas y diagn\u00f3sticos<\/span><\/h4><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.1 Visita t\u00e9cnica gratuita<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las visitas t\u00e9cnicas iniciales para evaluar un proyecto son <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>gratuitas<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.2 Evaluaciones complejas<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En casos excepcionales donde el proyecto requiera:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Diagn\u00f3stico avanzado<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dise\u00f1o t\u00e9cnico preliminar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Evaluaci\u00f3n especializada<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Modelado complejo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tribu podr\u00eda requerir un pago adicional, el cual:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ser\u00e1 informado <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>antes<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> de realizarse<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter reembolsable en caso de continuar el proyecto con Tribu<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. Dise\u00f1os, renders y planos 3D<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Actualmente, Tribu <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>no cobra<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> por renders o dise\u00f1os 3D como parte est\u00e1ndar del proceso.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.1 Casos especiales<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si un proyecto requiere un dise\u00f1o 3D altamente personalizado o complejo, Tribu podr\u00eda:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cobrar una tarifa espec\u00edfica<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reembolsar dicha tarifa si el cliente contin\u00faa con el proyecto<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esto se notificar\u00e1 previamente y deber\u00e1 ser aceptado por el cliente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. Cancelaciones de proyectos<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El cliente puede solicitar cancelar un proyecto en cualquier momento previo al inicio de ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No obstante, se aplican las siguientes condiciones:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5.1 Cancelaciones antes de la firma del contrato<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No generan costo para el cliente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5.2 Cancelaciones despu\u00e9s de la firma del contrato<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si el cliente ha firmado un contrato con Tribu y ha pagado un anticipo:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tribu puede retener el monto correspondiente a los costos de gesti\u00f3n administrativa ya realizados<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los costos aplicables estar\u00e1n detallados en el contrato correspondiente<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los montos no utilizados pueden ser reembolsados al cliente seg\u00fan las condiciones pactadas<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. Reembolsos<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los reembolsos depender\u00e1n del estado del proyecto y del cronograma financiero acordado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.1 Casos elegibles para reembolso parcial<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Puede aplicar reembolso parcial si:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se pag\u00f3 por un dise\u00f1o 3D especial y Tribu decide reembolsarlo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Existen fondos no utilizados destinados al ejecutor<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No se ha iniciado compra de materiales ni asignaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.2 Casos elegibles para reembolso total<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aplica \u00fanicamente cuando:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El cliente realiz\u00f3 un pago por error<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se demuestre que Tribu no inici\u00f3 ninguna acci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No existe compromiso financiero con ejecutores o proveedores<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.3 Casos donde NO aplica reembolso<\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No procede reembolso cuando:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ya se inici\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ya se realizaron compras de materiales o pagos al ejecutor<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El cliente decide cancelar una vez iniciadas las actividades de gesti\u00f3n o coordinaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los fondos ya fueron utilizados parcial o totalmente seg\u00fan cronograma<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. Fondos destinados a ejecutores<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cuando parte o la totalidad del pago del cliente ya ha sido asignado a un ejecutor certificado:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tribu gestionar\u00e1 el caso con el ejecutor<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los reembolsos estar\u00e1n sujetos a los t\u00e9rminos pactados con dicho ejecutor<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tribu actuar\u00e1 como intermediario, pero no puede garantizar reembolsos no contemplados contractualmente<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. Modificaciones del proyecto<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cualquier cambio solicitado por el cliente despu\u00e9s de iniciado el proyecto:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Puede generar costos adicionales<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Debe aprobarse mediante documentos formales (change order)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No altera las pol\u00edticas de reembolso anteriores<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9. Tiempos de procesamiento de reembolsos<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cuando aplique un reembolso:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ser\u00e1 procesado en un plazo estimado de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>7 a 14 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se realizar\u00e1 utilizando el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago cuando sea posible<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10.
